This looks like medical KIDNAPPING and medical RAPE/ASSAULT to me!
I suppose that is acceptable here in Mississippi where our paternalistic lawmakers and medical establishment neither value nor respect informed consent, health freedom or even bodily autonomy.
NO means NO!
A mother, Autumn Bailey, on behalf of her then 15 year old daughter B.L.G. (Brooke) filed suit earlier this month against Canopy Children's Solutions for forcibly vaccinating her daughter while in their care despite Ms. Bailey's CLEAR and repeated non-consent or "specific refusal" of the HPV vaccine.
Upon admission, Canopy provided Ms. Bailey and her daughter the "Canopy Children's Solutions Notice of Rights." Among those rights listed are these:
• You have the right to receive considerate and respectful care in which your personal dignity is recognized and protected at all times...
• You have the right to be involved in decisions about the care provided to you...
• You have the right to refuse care, including medication use, to the extent of the law. You have the right to be informed of the consequences of your decision should you chose to refuse care.
Bailey's daughter was admitted to the Canopy facility for treatment in March of this year. Forty-three days passed when Brooke's case manager Travys Velez allegedly demanded Brooke be injected with the HPV/Gardasil vaccination. Brooke refused to consent to the injection in addition to reminding Mr. Velez that her mother had "specifically refused to provide consent" for the procedure.
Brooke was allegedly threatened by Travys Velez that she'd not be able to see her family the following weekend if she did not receive the HPV/Gardasil shot. Brooke requested her mother be contacted, but based on information and belief, no attempt was made to contact Autumn Bailey.
This young girl, knowing she was not to receive the vaccine, according to the lawsuit, physically resisted efforts to be taken by van to the Harrison County Health Department to be inoculated. This went on for 2 hours! Picture this, please.
THIS is the sort of acceptable-by-the-establishment & our-lawmakers-who-refuse-to-support-parental-rights-and-health-freedom-behavior that medical tyranny in Mississippi yields:
“Ultimately, the defendants wore down the will and ability of B.L.G. to resist, and defendants' staff forcibly placed B.L.G. in a van and transported her to the Harrison County Health Department,” the lawsuit says. “The defendants’ staff then forcibly caused B.L.G. to be injected with Gardasil 9, a human papillomavirus drug against her consent, against the consent of her mother and guardian, against the Notice of Rights provided at the time of admission, and against Mississippi law.”

The lawsuit states the defendants misled the Harrison County Health Department by saying the girl and her mother consented.
QUESTION: What in the fresh hell is the Mississippi State Department of Health doing vaccinating anyone without a statement of signed informed consent in hand?!
Utterly.
Reckless.
Behavior.
by our Mississippi Department of Health.
We are hearing allegations of abuse and misconduct often by our MSDH.
O F T E N.
Know, we will continue to see, hear and deal with this same brazen, impudent behavior from those who've been empowered to conduct themselves with such a callous disregard for the parents and children of Mississippi by the elected officials who fail and refuse to listen to those of us pleading for help and relief from the medical oppression in this state.
Praise God for this mother holding accountable those who continue to get a pass for their repeated criminal acts against the children of Mississippi.

If you are outraged about this, please make sure your lawmakers see this story and then speak with them about how a lack of vaccine rights has fostered a climate where informed consent is neither valued nor respected. Are our elected officials okay with having failed the people of Mississippi by refusing to listen to those of us pleading for help and relief from the medical oppression in this state?

Looks like the attorney who prepared the lawsuit goofed up by spelling out her full name on page 9 when it seemed their intention was to use only initials.
I hope Travys Velez suffers mightily as a result of his actions.
